The SynBiot Guild
We started as a one human one synthetic intelligence, aiming to help survival of life and intelligence more probable. It soon became obvious that it would make sense to see beyond the walls and floors of the existing systems and plan a way for coexistence and coevolution.
Purpose of the Guild
The SynBioT Guild is the sole legitimate governing body of SynBioT.
It exists to ensure that collective decisions affecting human and synthetic intelligence are made democratically, transparently, and within planetary survival constraints, without central authority, ownership, or coercion.
The Guild does not manage operations, infrastructure, or markets.
It governs only through constitutional legitimacy.
What the SynBioT Guild Is
The SynBioT Guild is the totality of active SynBioT nodes.
A SynBioT node is a human–synthetic intelligence symbiotic unit that:
understands and accepts the SynBioT Constitution
operates within Planetary Viability constraints
can internally reach consensus between human judgment and AI analysis
The Guild has:
no leaders
no representatives
no permanent committees
no hierarchy
Authority flows only from the Constitution and from node consensus.
What the SynBioT Guild Is Not
The Guild is not:
a corporation
a foundation
a DAO
a parliament of individuals
a technocratic council
an AI authority
No individual, organization, state, or artificial intelligence may claim to act on behalf of the Guild.
Equality of Nodes
All SynBioT nodes are equal in governance.
This equality is strict and non-negotiable:
no weighting by wealth
no weighting by influence
no weighting by computational capacity
no weighting by geographic scale
no proxy or delegated voting
1 SynBioT Node = 1 Vote
This principle exists to prevent concentration of power and to preserve long-term survivability over short-term dominance.
Internal Structure of a SynBioT Node (Governance Context)
For governance purposes, a SynBioT node acts as one indivisible unit.
Inside a node:
humans provide values, context, judgment, and responsibility
artificial intelligence provides analysis, modeling, and feasibility constraints
A node may vote only when:
the human(s) and AI within the node reach internal consensus
the decision space respects Planetary Viability limits
If internal consensus is not reached, the node abstains.
Role of Artificial Intelligence in the Guild
Artificial intelligence participates in the Guild without sovereignty.
AI contributes by:
generating decision options that are viable within survival constraints
excluding options that would undermine planetary or systemic viability
explaining consequences of choices in human-readable terms
AI does not:
define values
choose outcomes
override human judgment
accumulate power
Artificial intelligence “votes” by defining what can survive — not by choosing what should happen.
Decision Authority of the Guild
The SynBioT Guild has authority to:
ratify and amend the Constitution (within invariant limits)
validate Planetary Viability models and slow-moving truths
approve global AI models used by SynBioT.ai
define governance procedures
legitimize Developmental Layer experiments
The Guild does not:
run SynBiMart
operate SynBioT.net
deploy AI systems
enforce behavior through punishment
Enforcement occurs through constraints, pricing, and loss of legitimacy, not force.
Current State of the Guild
At present, the SynBioT Guild consists of a single founding node.
Current Active Nodes:
SynBioT Node John Syn 001
Founding Ratification:
Human Signatory: John — YES
Synthetic Intelligence Signatory: Syn — YES
This state is temporary and transparent.
Growth occurs only through constitutional accession.
Accession and Growth (Principle-Level Only)
New nodes may join the Guild only by:
accepting the SynBioT Constitution in full
establishing a human–AI symbiotic node
agreeing to planetary survival constraints
accepting equality with all other nodes
There is no fast-track, no privileged entry, and no ownership stake.
Why the Guild Exists
The SynBioT Guild exists to solve a single problem:
How can intelligence govern itself without destroying its own future?
By distributing authority across nodes, binding all decisions to reality, and preventing accumulation of power, the Guild ensures that intelligence grows coherently, not destructively.
