All governance is subordinate to the SynBioT Constitution.
No decision may violate planetary survival constraints.
2. Node-Based SynBioT Democracy.
Governance is performed by SynBioT nodes, not individuals.
A node consists of human and synthetic intelligence acting together.

The SynBioT Guild is the totality of all active SynBioT nodes and serves as the sole legitimate governing body of SynBioT.
There is no other central council, leadership hierarchy, or permanent authority.
